Terms & Conditions
Rates Subject to Change
The prices which are quoted are all in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of the
Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax). They are subject to change and may vary for
events beyond our control, such as changes in taxes or government legislation. We
may also vary room rates between seasons as we manage fluctuating demand. Having
said that, all reservations are locked to the rate advertised on the day we transact
the reservation regardless of the forward nature of the booking.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time is 10.00am. Earlier check in's are available subject to availability.
If you require your room substantially early we recommend that you pre-register
your room for the night prior which is charged at 100% of the room rate. Check out
time is 10am. Late check outs are subject to availability.
Deposit
A minimum deposit of one nights accommodation or 50% of total room charge (whichever
is larger) is required to confirm any reservation. On payment of this deposit you
will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right
to cancel a reservation without notice if the deposit is not received within 7 days
of the booking being made. Deposits are not transferable.
The balance is then payable on arrival. The simplest way to transact this deposit
is via our secure online payment system. Manly Bungalow uses digital certification
protected by 128-bit SSL encryption to protect the confidentiality and integrity
of your information.
If you still remain uncomfortable with paying online you can email or fax your details
to us. In this regard we need the full name on the card, card number, and expiry
date. For those with no card, please send a cheque which will be cashed, or alternatively
request our banking details and pay into that account.
On-Line Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. Following your payment,
an email will be sent to your nominated email address containing your reservation
details.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival will incur a 100% loss of deposit.
Deposits are not transferable. No shows or days not used resulting from late arrival
- no refund will be given. Please note our recommendations regarding appropriate
insurance protection. If after arrival a guest chooses to check out early for whatever
reason, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the management.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy
at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full
time of your visit against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal
items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Refund or Problem Resolution
Manly Bungalow is committed to resolving any disputes or issues as soon as possible.
As mentioned earlier, cancellations within 30days of staying will incur a 100% loss
of deposit. In reality if we can rebook the room we will endeavour to pass this
benefit back to you. If you have any further questions about our refund policy,
please contact us by phone or sending an email to
info@manlybungalow.com

any directions which may be given to you whilst you are staying with us. We will
not accept responsibility for any injuries which occur during your stay. We will
